About Our Campus

Black Elementary School opened in August 1989. Our school is named after retired Aldine I.S.D. Deputy Superintendent, Kenneth D. Black.

Mr. Black is an extraordinary individual, who guided a generation of students, teachers and administrators during his career in Aldine ISD He loves watching children learn and grow into successful citizens with high expectations and bright futures. We feel honored to have our school named after such a dedicated Aldine ISD educator, administrator and leader.
